Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing or has been shipped.

If your order cannot be cancelled in time, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then follow our Return and Refund Policy.
